Have a rough idea of the floor layout of the studio finished.  Looks like it will fit on the lot with lots of room to spare.

Loving the Aqua Fresca series by stellahobbit.  Not usually into the Vamp!Snape, but it's well done with enough angst to soothe even my spirits.

Another good WIP is To Have and To Hold by Montana on AFF.net.  The tension is high and you just want them to drop the act and get down to da nackin'.

I have not cried like that since reading wikdsushi's The Last Dance.  If you have not been following phoenix_fiction's series arc Fine Lines, you need to start.  Masterful.  Intensely Powerful.  Surprisingly, rated at about PG-13.  It is still a WIP, but is continuously updated.  If you have the better part of two or three days, by all means give her work a try.  Start with Fine Lines, go to Shades of Gray, and then One Moment.  Written in the Sand chapter 1 will probably be out before you finish the rest.

Everything is very realistic.  The resigned despair at the fall of the world.  The massive casualties.  The latest release is a cliffhanger...  but it's soooo sad.
