RIP Syd Barrett

Sad day for all Echosians.

Reuters and BBC are stating that Syd has died, but they have no confirmation or details.

This Sucks! Loved Syd's stuff when he was still playing, even if it didn't all fit together. Like a jigsaw puzzle where nothing fit, he just kind of overlapped parts and made a work of art out of something that didn't make traditional sense.

I'm off to find my copy of Madcap now.
