Aug. 17th, 2006 09:27 amTried it out today - bored as hell at work. There's no way in hell I look like
Dan - JC Chavez (who?), Marcia Cross, Kelsey Grammar. He actually rated quite high in the feminine side. Oops. :)
Just - Ashton Kutcher and Andie MacDowell.
So it looks like total BS to me. There's no way in Hell I look like Judy Garland. Nuh-uh. Not even in my bestest photo.
Back to reality - William saw Doc Nupuff, who gave him some better drugs and told him to see a chiropractor. So a few Friday's down the road William has yet another useless appointment to go to; someone who'll say 'Yeah, you're fucked, that'll be $100.' So looks like it's disability for him. He can't work, can hardly move most of the time. If people like the ones at the VFW can get a full ride on disability and still drink/party/live a full active life, than my old beat up husband shouldn't have to drag his bent arse to work everyday for the pittance he makes. He can't work on jobsites, that's part of why he's at Lowes. He knew his back was going and was trying to drag it out. He loves building things, just can't do it anymore.
Grandpa's out of his coma, diabetic shock. The nursing home isn't watching him at all. His blood sugar was down to 29 I think. Not good. He seems to be alright though.
Need to buy some tinned cherries for Gore's Cherry Pie he's due this month. He's gonna start whining about it any day, I can feel it.
Damn YouSendIt - I spent all last night trying to upload a .zip file, only to wake up in the morning and it told me the file was too large. Grrr.
Justin's still in rehab at the Priory. Been a few words floating around like 'failure'. I've been there, done that, and feel for him. Thank God either he realized he had a problem or someone close to him kicked him in the arse. Wish I would have had some supportive people around me during my dark phase. Rhi is putting together a big 'Get Well' card for him and his family and I think I might contribute a few lines. I'll see what I can come up with.
