( lunch today. )Humped a lot of equipment when I got home. The drum kit will need a new rug. The floor is totally installed and we're setting up.
( Earlier today: )( Later today: )So there's been good progress there. It seems that suddenly everything is ready to go. Months since the roof gave way it was stuck in limbo and not going anywhere and now we've got something better than before we started.
Also have new toys! Cubase keyboard is cool, saves many mouse clicks and makes things a lot easier. The labels on the keys are damn small, but once I get them remembered it'll save a lot of time. Ha, I type in 'i' and it punches in. Sweet!
New webcam as well. Upgrade over the old one. Picture is a lot clearer and easier to focus in. And it's not broken. Always a plus. Ron got one too, he's been doing the camfrog thing a lot lately too now that's he's off the EverCrack.

Lloydy's bonfire and campout is tomorrow night. Reminder to self - bring ice. Will be offline for much of the weekend. Dealing with actual people, kinda scary.
Rumour is that Emerson is looking to buy his own Crowns and some PA gear. Watch this space for details, we're to talk to the guys tomorrow before the party kicks off. They're a good band, solid. Not going to go anywhere, but they do write their own stuff and are mates to begin with.
What else? There was something else. Damn memory. Still not like it was. Anyway, I've got to do all the housework tonight so I'd better be off.
