Oct. 21st, 2007 03:09 pmWent out with the girls on Friday. Loree's last day. She's going to a much better place, closer to her home. Had a really good time, but William was pissed that I have a life without him. I don't get it, but oh well. He's been like that forever.

I worked on my puzzle again when I got home and was letting William stew. It's all finished, and I managed to get a photo this time before I put it away. It's Rosslyn Chapel, a montage sort of thing. Very cool.

Went to see Headcase on Saturday. Lots of fun. Better venue, the guys weren't stepping on each other's feet. Lighting still stunk, Bob likes those red packs and they don't do shite for photography. Managed to get a few - can't do what I want to do with a digital (non-manual) camera. And I refuse to use the flash. That's just horrible to the artist and very glaring for images.
Did manage to get a photo of William and Bob hard at work. I swear they were working. Look at 'em. Beer for William, and Bob laughing. It's hard, you know.

Listened to Octavarium during the breaks. Had Crimson on at home before I left, so it was a great setting for me - even if it drove everyone else out for a smoke.

And then of course this afternoon was all about the photoediting. Damn, those pictures needed a lot of cleaning up. Most of them went right straight to the recycle bin. Fuzzy and blurry and underexposed. Wish I could set the camera up for overexposure. Might have to read the manual.
Check out the new piccie of Ade - very artsy and cool with the way the screen is set behind him. Plus it covers up that godawful beard he's got growing off his head. Why do men do dumb things like that?

I'm off for food. Almost supper time and I'm ready for brekky.
