Unclear on the Concept
I can't believe it. Just had William ask me if he could plug the 16 ohm cabs into an 8 ohm amp.
I make fun of people who are like that at work. But the worst part is it's not a straight forward answer either. It should have been, I know he was talking about the Peavey's, but he could have them daisy chained somehow, which would blow the output tranny on the amp.
Do I draw him little cutesy wiring schematics or do I sit down with a bunch of equations and show him? Think I'll take away the physical electronics from him until he reads up a bit more and gets the basics down.
