Was reading an article on MSNBC about SSN and their spouses and again it hit me just how fucked up my marriage is.
"I also expended a lot of energy trying to keep Chris interested in sex. After we got married, I wanted to have sex every day, but he told me I was a nymphomaniac. I learned to do whatever I had to do to make it happen, because sex reassured me that I was loved and wanted. We probably had sex three or four times a week, and I felt as if I was constantly pressing for it."
A week? Does this woman have any idea how lucky she was? I would have been so happy if I was getting it that often, even if I had to initiate every time. Instead I got pushed away or laughed at. (sigh) Oh well. Guess I can live with twice a year 'cos that's all I'm going to get. If he ever wonders why I see other men he'll be in for a rude awakening.
