Nerve Block

Have taken the day off from the office to take William in for more back surgery. He's resting now, will take a few days to see if it was effective or not. Last time it made things worse. I hope this one works better.

While he was flayed open on the table I went shopping. It's horrible when Guitar Center is only a twenty minute drive from the surgi-centre. Walked out with two new MR5 Mackie monitors and a new studio boom stand. Plus a bunch of misc cables and a Marshall tshirt. They had a really sweet Avalon comp I wanted, but it's out of my range or usability. After I get a Grammy I'll buy one.

At least I can hook the 1010 back up to the board and run the rack again. These Altec monitors were good for temporary, but they give everything too much colour.

RIP Larry Wilson of Clair Bros. Nashville Division. Dead of a motorcycle crash. Ride Safe, Brothas, even if sometimes that's just not enough. We don't need to lose any more good people.

Planning on cleaning the house. How interesting, eh? Going to move the sofa and sweep under it for a change. Found that's where the cat's been hiding all the toilet paper he steals.
