Between the SPV stuff and the new work for Megaforce/Zazula I'm about ready to drop dead. I'd never thought I'd end up working for a band I hated. I know Joey's a dick and all, but SI just rubs me the wrong way. Completely the wrong way. I can put up with Joey being as he is and shitting on Rabbit and smoking crack and all that crap, but I just can not tolerate the sight of Scott. I can't stand their music and I can't stand the band and I can't stand the management. I haul around the collection of vinyl repressings for a release that will go no where on the charts and probably get no notice because, duh! I'm the only one doing anything about it. And I've never done it before. Blasted things won't even ship until 5/12 and not many people have been interested. I won't tell you what Bentonville AR said about carrying it. It's gonna be for the diehard fans only and I've exploited about all of my MetalBlade contacts trying to get this thing to float. (sigh) Anyone want to buy a gatefold album?
I have to go home tomorrow. William called and said by 'boyfriend' called again, meaning Lloydy this time. Wish there was some way I could drag Lloydy to the Queensryche show without William getting all jealous and pissy about it. He'd love to meet the guys. Not to be. Bad enough I'm dragging him out to see Terry tomorrow, William will just have to deal with it. Should prove to be a fun night though. Bryan'll be around, so will Wic, Jim, maybe even Wookie. The highlight of my weekend as it is.
Peter Frampton's coming to the Casino apparently, Lovemuffin just called. Tickets on sale in a month or two. Wonder if he's cleaned up his act from the days we all hung out in Dana's trailer. He must have if he's still alive & touring. The old 322 clan. Wonder if he's heard on Jerry at all. Pete hasn't, and they're in the same country last I heard.
