Flash embedding question

Anyone on here know a way to embed sound clips in a post? I could do it on MySpace in a half-assed way, but I can't find a suitable flash player that the LJ-code will work with.

I want to share some stuff, but don't want it ripped off easily either. A little player on the sidebar would be great, like the old ProjectPlaylist thing MySpace used to allow before they went all Ulrich!Nazi on us poor audiofreaks.
