That's a first

Livejournal thoughtfully gave me a free dose of malware today, PC Protector. Thankfully it's not overly harmful, just blocks access to all my AV/Spywear/Spambot programs and hijacks my old IE browser. Yep, not cool LJ. It was a bitch to pull out of regedit and then I had to teach XP how to run an .exe file like it was a baby. Not fun.

I didn't care when they added ads, nor when the whole SUP thing switched over, but malicious unwanted software is another thing all together. Enough to make me leave. I don't have time for this.
