Bllurghies
Mar. 7th, 2012 09:13 pmHad salmon wellington for supper and it came out really good. Pastry was nice and flaky, duxelle was a bit dry but not bad for a modified beef recipe. Will make this again.
Optical office was the shit. One of the girls is pregnant and the doctor that her hours because she is pregnant. 40 hours to under 15. She openly stated it was because the girl was pregnant. Big mistake. Things will get interesting. Just counting the days until I can give my two weeks.
Rained here today, but William managed to get the big AV unit off the truck bed and into the garage. I should really scrub the floor grout this evening, but sitting on my butt feels a lot better.
Scrubbing grout. Yeah. With a toothbrush & bleach.
