Time Shift
Mar. 11th, 2012 07:47 pmMade chicken wing soup. Came out good, tastes like buffalo wings. Will make again.
Had a meeting with a guy about getting a band together. Probably nothing will come of it. William really needs a vocal coach.
Speaking of, he's really made some good progress this weekend with the addiction. He's starting to come out of his shell and has some ambition back. Of course he got really drunk tonight but he was doing good before he was drinking. Really proud of him. Only worry is that I'vve seen him do this before then backslide. I hope he keeps it straight this time. Perhaps people living with us is helping him a bit. He had to get up and gives him someone else to talk to.
Spent the rest of tonight listening to music and hanging out on the veranda. Ran out of beer, which sucks. Good thing I was on mixed drinks - saved beer for those who prefer it.
Gonna hit bed shortly. 3 more songs queued up. The hour shift doesn't hit me as bad as others I guess. Just like ending up one time zone further west. People here are crying tho, like an hour is the end of the world.
