You should know by now not to ask me to identify a synthesizer in some song passage that you don't have any info on. I will take over your computer, match it to classic ARP synth samples on YouTube, then download you a VST and set the parameters to match the oblique from the original track. Yes, with a 20-minute diverson on Mellotron narrated by Rick Wakemen, but that was a must I would say.
