Still a Princess

Another rough day done. Had some spoiled princess come in via EMS today. She's got the flu. No serious medical complications, just the flu. She can't tell you her name, can't sit up in the wheelchair, can't give you her arm to check her blood pressure... Mind she's 27, and her mother is screaming at the top of her lungs that she needs the head of the hospital down to the waiting room NOW because her daughter has the flu and they need to be seen. Meanwhile the girl's taken to sticking her head in the puke bucket instead of flailing around. I love how one manager would tell the mother that there's other sick people here too and we'd be right with them, only to have the charge nurse tell them the same thing and grab another patient. At least the mother didn't open the door and push her daughter into someone else's room like the lady yesterday. Girl got her flu swab and sent home with a prescription for rest and fluids. Good for her. That girl is going to have a hard life because that shit isn't cute, and it's especially not cute at 27. Spoiled little princess. No one but mom is going to put up with that in the real world.

Went pricing one of my old Genesis 45's. It's worth about $125 these days, still not sure I'd sell it.





Cable guy is coming tomorrow to see about our external line and why there's no signal to the bedroom. God only knows how much that will cost, I hope they can bill us in increments on the statements. I don't have any monies now. Reet's paying for our groceries tomorrow. :( Damn HOA fees are killing me.
