Haven't cooked much lately. Made some Boston Cream (pastry cream in the rest of the world) cupcakes. They were middling. Not worth sharing the recipe. Made a frozen pizza (nasty) and roasted a chicken. Not exactly culinary excellence.
Got the yard mowed. Got groceries. Picked up medications. Lots of cleaning. Found some spare fabric I can make masks out of. Zebra and black/white tiger from when William was thinking of doing an 80's revival. It's fabric.
Did pick up my weighted blanket that I ordered. Going to try it tonight, hopefully it will help me sleep.
Cleaned up the garage a bit. Vacuumed up the sawdust and scrubbed down the garage freezer. Looked up and it was 9pm and the whole day was gone. Not even sure where it went, but it's gone. Need a shower. Want to write. Stuck in a mushy scene now that might get cut. Not sure it works with the greater arc of the story, but it popped into my head and I got to take a nice Google Map trip of Gibraltar for research. That was fun. I like research.
Tomorrow might be sausage sandwich day. It's been a while and it's easy to make. Still need to get some washers tomorrow. The sawdust collector bag for the tablesaw doesn't really fit with the snaps provided, so drilling them out and switching to a bolt/washer/wingnut arrangement.
