Well, Dentist for William did not go well. The new dentist did not want to work on his dentures because they were under another office's warranty. So we have to go to the place that bought out where we got the dentures from and convince them that they need to take care of the problems.

CT on Wednesday also went poorly. We showed up at 830 and was told we do not have an appointment. So much for that. Had to rebook the CT and then push back the oncolgist as well. Shit show that was.

Then the house tried to burn itself down. Turns out it was just an electrical short in a ceiling fan, but I don't trust electricity. I believe in it, don't get me wrong, but I'm respectful enough not to play with it a lot. A new switch I can do, and my little bits of electronics repair I can do, but I'm not going to second guess a fixture that tried to catch fire. The electrician came out and checked the lines - it's all good, just that ceiling fan bit the dust. It's ok, had plans on putting a new fixture in anyway.

Made a chicken and chickpea soup yesterday. Wasn't good enough to bother posting the recipe. Added some pasta, it bulked it up but was still missing something. The Wednesday night Turkey dinner went well. Turkey was well cooked. Sides were just enough without overdoing it and ending up with loads of leftovers.

That's my life. Not overly fun. It's raining here again and should through to Saturday. Just gonna stay quiet and hide out.

"When the band rides up the back, it's an indicator the band is too big. Without providing proper support, a band that's too large can prompt the breast tissue to weigh down on the cups and pull the band upwards in the back."

Yes, however, they recommend a professional measure. I've had that. The tape measure says (in American) I should be a 40C. It fails to account for the actual volume of the cups, which often are long rather than round and pert. I'm in a 36H. That's a just a slight difference. Sarcasm off. Professional bra fitters are no match for actually trying things on and seeing where the cups are attached on the band and how far apart the straps are spaced. The 40C bra was absolutely horrible and I felt just as bad trying it on as the 'fitter' looked upon seeing it.

I don't think there are any bras out there that can support the weight of H cups. It's a simple engineering problem. Cantilevers are needed, but impracticable for a wearable garment. The only thing I can imagine would work is a custom molded breast plate, but again, not functional.

I've often joked I needed a midget to walk around in front of me and carry the load. Offensive these days, but if I can find an agreeable midget...
