Electric Lizard

Got my shots on Monday. Mondays are a waste of a day anyway, spent most of it sleeping after I got home. Tuesday was a wash. Flu shot arm (left) barely noticed I got a shot, but the COVID booster arm (right) hurt a bit. Couldn't lift it up over my head and under the injection site felt hard as a rock. And I got my period. So dont know it I was tired and lethargic from the COVID booster or if it was just general cycle stuff.

Bit better today. Went out for groceries. Got William some hair dye. He'd doing the reverse Billie Eilish. Normal colour at the roots but bleaching and dyeing his ends green. Ended up with Unicorn Hair in Jello colour. Wasn't sure how much we could lift his hair, but found a 40 (!) volume and it's damn near blonde. Still a bit brassy but not bad for 30 minutes on. Never saw a 40 before. It was a bit more than the 30 (standard hi bleach % mix) but worked well. Was worth it for dark hair. Still don't know if it would work on African or Asian hair but for dark European it worked. Going to put the dye in tomorrow. He can only shower once a day with his physical limitations. If this works, he's going to go to Manic Panic is Electric Lizard. That's the colour he really wanted, but I wasn't sure I could lighten his hair enough.

Had two glasses of a cheap Chardonnay and I'm ready for bed. Wanted to write some more but I don't see it happening tonight.
