Unemployment Up in Oswego County

Hello, I do not figure in the Unemployment figures, because I do not recieve unemployemnt benefits. However I am unemployed. It is not because I choose not to work or am physically unable to work; there are simply no jobs in Oswego City. McDonald's is not even hiring. Please take your 20% unemployment rate and divide up the annual overage in tax revenue and donate it to those who pay taxes but have no income. The city does not need new police cars for the 23rd year in a row (going to get to that vicious jaywalker quicker with a 2006 Super Turbo Crown Vic?). The city does not need to lend its cars to the Mayor's girlfriends. The city does not need a faster through way to Syracuse so everyone goes to the Sam's Club instead of supporting Burke's, Garafolo's, and the River's End Books. Just because I had a decent wage for the last five years does not mean that I have eaten in the last few days. You must look at current circumstances, not the past. I can't eat the sandwich I had 2 1/2 years ago. I am tired of stealing from Big M, Ferlito Farms, and Wadsworth Orchards. You've taken my land so I cannot farm. You've outlawed my animals so I cannot have milk and meat. You've polluted the river so I get sick when I bring home water for the week. You've outlawed burning so I cannot have hot water, cooked food, or a source of heat. Please either support your citizens or let us regress to the 1800's. If you'd let me shoot the crack heads down the hill, we'd be the best fed family this side of the river. Do everyone a favour and open your eyes. Just because you make $120,000 a year doesn't mean we all do.
