Drum Circles from Hell
Sep. 7th, 2009 09:45 pmSo much better today, don't know what was up with my bad stomach yesterday. Thinking it was probably the hydroponic pot (I'm used to dirt weed). We all went out down the road to the baseball fields down by the ocean and had a drum circle/pagan dance thing. It was nothing like the drum circles we used to have back at Kent State, it was more mellow and less rebellious. All sorts of people there, those who needed healing, shamans, kids, and just normal people. I didn't think it would be fun, but it was.

Rick's house is *amazing*, but I still think I like the one we went to in SF better. In love with his deck, the thing wraps around the whole back of the house and goes around the sides. Too bad it's not around the front so you can see the mountains, but it looks down over all the other houses. It's smaller than I would have imagined, like a real person house but just the neighbourhood alone I know it's got to be at least a million dollars.
Joe's (my Joe, not Zeff) flown off to Mexico with a message 'see you next week'. Huh? Thinking I'm being punked or he can't count weeks until the 19th.
Spaghetti for supper, then we're all going in the pool. Should be fun when it gets dark, see all the lights down the hill. Just nice to spend a night at someone's home, not at a hotel.
Got this little gem of a Baloff bootleg, the only known Exodus show with Quirk playing. Shitty quality, but a historical piece.

Oh, and found that Andre is probably going to be delayed for some reason. Ron's done with his tour, so god only knows what he's getting up to now.
