Cracker Barrell
Nov. 3rd, 2013 11:05 pmWent to Cracker Barrel this morning with Brad & Sally. They called out of the blue & asked if we wanted to go. So we got up & went. Still not impressed with the place. Decor is sterile and food is middling. Learned I still do not like grits. Waited an hour to get a table. Not overly happy, but time spent with friends is aways good.
Work was good until about 9pm, then the heavens opened up and everyone came in. Patients were all miserable as well. When we have four ambulances and ten walkins, no you will not be seen immediately unless you are almost dead. Sucked, but Hugo was there first half of the shift so time went by quicker. Gave him a copy of a Canadian Journal article about Patients Without Discernable Pathology; should be good for a chuckle.
