Fighting between my dental insurance carrier, who bore the brunt of the chain dental billing office's nonsense (multiple billings, retractions, appeals on duplicate billings, rebillings, horribly unethical shenanigans) and the billing office itself. Dental office sent me a large bill with no date of service and no CPT or D codes, just requiring payment. Oh no, honey, don't mess with someone who used to do radiology billing.
Called the insurance company and claim was settled in full with no balance due. Had to have the insurance company call the billing office because billing office will not listen to me try to explain why their multiple billings of same procedure were denied. You do one procedure and bill it five times, it does not mean you will be paid five times. You get one payment and four denials. Sounds simple enough to me, but what do I know, I only used to do radiology billing, not dental.
Hopefully Alex, the cheery insurance company guy will sort them out. Dental Office mysteriously quits answering the phones when their bullshit gets pointed out.
Jury duty tomorrow, and them a 'mandatory' meeting at work I might not be able to make if they judge doesn't let me out.
Plus in addition to the slow leak in the front passenger tire I now have a nail in the passenger rear tire. Holing air, so I'm leaving it in for now, but it has to get fixed eventually.
Working on more tracks for someone else. They're not very interesting or catchy but it's work. It's all 4/4 and 440, not like it's difficult, but my attention is hard won if it's not interesting. Zero crossing, snare beat, all a cakewalk really. Just... Moon, June... uugh.
