Sep. 16th, 2017 11:00 amShit has hit the fan. Trying to keep everything up in the air at the same time.
The Joseph project is done. Might be a minor correction or two, but as far as I'm concerned the tracks are delivered and I'm done.
The LoG thing is done, tracks are delivered.
That's about all that's done done. Still so many things happening.
Work is the shit. Had a big corporate meeting yesterday at the hospital about how our employee satisfaction scores are pretty low, and then since I got here at 6am it's been nothing but problems and troubleshooting other departments - things I'm not even supposed to be involved in. But because I'm at the front desk, everyone comes to me with problems. Trying to be creative, but there's only so much I can do licensing wise for treatment. Hard turning people away when I know what to do and have done it before for years, but Texas says I can't do it because I'm only certified in New York. If I could just do my job, that would be great.
I swear, one day they are going to take away my stapler.
Still have a bunch of papers to round up and fax, hopefully I can get to that sometime this weekend. Not like there's anyone in Big Corporation to review anything I send in today or tomorrow, it will sit on the fax machine until Monday, but it would be nice to get one step closer on something.
Got about half an hour of sleep last night. After getting out of work and dropping William off to work I had about 3 1/2 hours of sleep scheduled, but then Tucker kept barking at nothing. He wanted his people home so he could sleep, and Daddy was missing so he borked. Wouldn't curl up in bed with me or calm down. Just Bork. Caffeinated up and starting to feel it finally, but I'm going to be really really tired in another ten hours or so.
Tried to write as I'd mentioned in a previous post. Got all of two sentences down before being called away. Not much progress.
Lab tech is now an hour late, and no sign of any replacement.
Two hours. OA Steve, work me a miracle.
