2nd COVID shot
Jan. 8th, 2021 05:18 am2nd covid shot is in. Arm hurts a tiny bit, nothing to really complain about and certainly doesn't impact anything I have to do. A bit tired but that just might be from switching shifts again and sleeping poorly. Plus I walked about 4 (~6.5km) miles this morning in the cold. But in a week or two I should be properly safe if my immune system decides to work. Which, they've warned me, it might not, so still got to keep up with all the precautions.
Staying out of the mess in the Capital. That's some messed up shit right there. Hopefully it's over and it shouldn't affect me.
Made butter chicken for dinner. Too much garam masala for my tastes, but not bad. Will have to add more tomato sauce and cream for reheats, the rice soaked up a lot of it.
Blood draw after work to check my thyroid level. It was high last week so they think my thyroid is out of whack. Hopefully it'll go back down to a normal level. One more thing. I tell them if they look long enough they're going to find something.
