Two nurses down
Apr. 24th, 2021 01:55 amChest CT came back stable. No new tumors or increases in size. Still doesn't explain the almost narcolepsy or jerky things going on. Brain scan on Tuesday. Lots of medical stuff next week will be tiring.
Teresa's retirement party was this morning. Sad to see her go but after 40 years as an inner city Er nurse it's time to enjoy life for a bit. She's happy, still going to keep doing her state Emergency Nurses group, but won't be coming into work three times a week. Good for her. Sounds like she is going to enjoy her time and get a lot of stuff done.
Cherie got fired. :( Same day as Teresa's last day, so we lost two nurses. She'd been on probation for a while, but was a good nurse and they found a technical loophole they could use to fire her. It's shit.
Finally got around to drinking the Whispering Angel Rosé wine. Didn't like it. Just not a rosé fan. It was probably good but a bit wasted on me. Finished the bottle but would not buy another one. Sticking to either white or red from now on.
